1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Rates

We offer simple and affordable shipping options within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: Available on all orders at only $39.99.
  • Shipping Area: Contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii.
  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout

3. Shipping Carriers

Because our pieces are large and heavy, we partner with specialized Freight and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) carriers (such as FedEx Freight, TFI International, XPO, or other trusted freight networks) to ensure safe transport.

Delivery Appointment Required

Since freight requires someone to sign for the delivery, the carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout once the shipment reaches your local terminal. They will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery window.

Standard Curbside Delivery

Please note that all freight shipments are standard curbside delivery. The driver will unload the item at the curb of your delivery address. You are responsible for moving the item from the curb into your home or apartment building.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email
  • A tracking number for your shipment

Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Shipping Guidelines

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Living Chic is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
